Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of tillsea.com and any distance contract (distances līgums) you conclude with SIA TILL SEA (“Till Sea”, “we”). By placing an order you agree to them. They do not limit your mandatory rights as a consumer under Latvian and EU law.

How a contract is formed

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is concluded when we send you an order confirmation by email. If we cannot accept your order — for example a piece is unavailable or there is an obvious pricing error — we will let you know and refund any payment in full.

Prices & payment

Prices are shown in euro and include VAT where applicable. Any delivery cost is shown separately at checkout before you pay. Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout; payment is processed securely by our providers.

Our pieces

Every Till Sea piece is handmade. Slight variations in shape, texture and natural stones are part of each piece’s character. Product images are as accurate as we can make them; colours may vary slightly between screens. Some pieces are made to order and crafted after purchase — estimated timelines appear on the product page and in our Shipping Policy.

Right of withdrawal & guarantee

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal and a 2-year statutory guarantee of conformity, as set out in our Returns & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Liability

We are liable for damage caused by our failure to meet our obligations, as provided by law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.

Complaints & dispute resolution

If you have a complaint, please contact us first at hi@tillsea.com — we’ll do our best to resolve it. As a consumer you may also turn to the Consumer Rights Protection Centre (Patērētāju tiesību aizsardzības centrs, PTAC, www.ptac.gov.lv), and for cross-border EU purchases to the European Consumer Centre Latvia (ECC-Net, ecclatvia.lv).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. As a consumer you also keep the protection of any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Latvian courts.
