Refund & Returns Policy

Every Till Sea piece is made by hand, and we want you to love yours. As a customer buying at a distance you also have clear statutory rights, set out below.

Your 14-day right of withdrawal (atteikuma tiesības)

Because your purchase is a distance contract (distances līgums) under the Latvian Consumer Rights Protection Law and Cabinet Regulation No. 255, you may withdraw from it within 14 days without giving any reason. The period ends 14 days from the day you — or a third party you name, other than the carrier — take physical possession of the goods (for an order delivered in parts, from the day the last item arrives).

How to withdraw

Tell us your decision before the 14 days end, by a clear statement — simply email hi@tillsea.com with your order number. You may use the model withdrawal form at the bottom of this page, but it is not obligatory. We’ll confirm receipt of your notice by email.

Returning your piece

Send the piece back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after telling us. Please pack it safely in its original box. You bear the direct cost of return shipping. We recommend a tracked service, as the item stays your responsibility until it reaches us.

Condition & diminished value

You may handle and inspect the piece as you would in a shop. You are responsible only for any loss in value that results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

Your refund

We refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost (but not any extra cost of a faster delivery method you chose), no later than 14 days after we are informed of your withdrawal. We use the same payment method you used, at no charge to you. We may withhold the refund until we have received the piece back, or you have supplied proof of sending it, whichever is earlier.

Made-to-order & personalized pieces

By law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized — for example engraved pieces or bespoke commissions. Standard ring sizes made to order are not considered personalized and may be returned as described above.

Faulty pieces & your 2-year guarantee

Separately from the right of withdrawal, you have a statutory guarantee of conformity of 2 years. If a piece arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us within a reasonable time — you are entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund under the law. For faulty or incorrect items we also cover the return shipping.

Handcrafted by nature

Because each piece is made by hand, slight variations in shape, texture and the tone of natural stones are part of its character and are not considered defects.
