Shipping Policy

Each piece is carefully packed in our signature Till Sea packaging and sent with care.

Dispatch time

Orders are usually dispatched within 3 business days. Made-to-order pieces (shown as “Made to order” on the product page) are crafted especially for you and may take up to 2 weeks before dispatch. In any case, and unless we agree otherwise with you, your order is delivered no later than 30 days after it is placed.

Where we ship & delivery cost

Delivery is free across Europe. We ship throughout Latvia and the European Union at no cost to you. For deliveries elsewhere, write to us and we’ll arrange it.

Delivery times & tracking

Delivery times depend on your location and the carrier. Once your order is on its way you’ll receive tracking details. Risk of loss or damage passes to you when you (or someone you name, other than the carrier) receive the goods.

Customs & duties

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties or taxes set by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient.
