Privacy Policy

This policy explains how SIA TILL SEA (“Till Sea”, “we”) processes your personal data when you visit or order from tillsea.com. We are the data controller within the meaning of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation 2016/679).

What we collect

Contact and order details you provide (name, email, shipping and billing address, phone); payment confirmation (payments are processed securely by our payment providers — we never store full card details); and technical data about how you use our store (device, pages viewed) collected through cookies and similar technologies.

Why we use it and our legal basis

• To process, deliver and support your orders — performance of a contract.
• To keep accounting and tax records — legal obligation.
• To run, secure and improve our store — our legitimate interests.
• To send occasional news, only where you opt in — your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

Who we share it with

We share data only as necessary with trusted providers who help us operate: Shopify (our store and hosting platform), payment processors, and shipping carriers. Some of these providers may process data outside the EU/EEA; where they do, appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses are in place. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

We keep order and accounting records for as long as the law requires (generally up to 5 years for accounting), and other data only as long as needed for the purposes above.
